SHREVEPORT, LA: Louisiana based Seaside Healthcare, a behavioral healthcare service corporation, has announced the acquisition of Turning Point Family Services, a Mooresville, North Carolina headquartered behavior-al health organization established in 2002. Turning Point Family Services provides a variety of mental health services for children, families, and adults across four locations in North Carolina. Franklin Roemer, CEO and co-founder of Seaside Healthcare announced the acquisition of Turning Point Family Services which was completed in late November of 2017. Entering into services with Turning Point, Seaside Healthcare shares its focus on providing evidence based treat-ment services that are compliant with all state and national regulations for mental healthcare delivery.
